5 Places to discover in Ibiza

September is one of the months that I like most in Ibiza, it is the month before the island enters into her winter mode and many places close down until the next season.

It is an ideal month to go to discover hidden corners of Ibiza and to go on outings that are impossible during the hottest summer months.

Punta Galera: A different cove formed by rocky platforms, the way to get there is quite confusing as it is not marked, located in the area of Cala Salada it is shrouded in a special and very bohemian atmosphere.

SaTalaia: The highest mountain of the island with its 475 meters, a good hike to do sports and to rest afterwards enjoying the view of the entire island, including Formentera and the coast of Valencia in the peninsula on clear days.

Sa Pedrera – Atlantis: An ancient Phoenician quarry that has eventually become, through hippies and legends of the area, a magical place. Access is somewhat difficult and is not marked, it is a real paradise near the viewpoint of Es Vedrà.

Es Portixol: A virgin cove north of the island with fishermen’s huts in a totally harmonious landscape, you arrive walking along a path in the mountains.

Nacoloms – The cave of Light: A cave located a few meters from the sea and flooded with water by an underwater gallery, another secret place in the north of the island, a true natural pool with difficult access and where the rays of the sun create the spectacle of light.
Very few know of the existence of these places and only those who are worthy of them will know how to get there.
