\nParticipation in the contest is valid from January 15th 2016 to February 29th 2016 at 12am. The contest is global, and anyone from any country can participate. This contest is organized by INTERCORP HOTELS and will be held among all users who publish a pictures around the Rochebrune ski station, Meg\u00e8ve, with the hash tag #Rochebrune and tagging @intercorphotels.<\/p>\n
\nTo enter the contest you must meet the following requirements: – Be a person over 18. – Have an Instagram account – Follow @intercorphotels on Instagram.<\/p>\n
\nThe best picture will be selected by a jury formed by Intercorp Hotels staff the days following the closure of the contest (from March 1st on). Once selected, the winner will be contacted through a direct message on Instagram, and the winning photo will be reposted with a mention of the winner on Intercorp Hotels Instagram account. If Intercorp Hotel Group does not manage to contact a winner within 72 hours after its mention on Instagram, the prize will be passed to the second winner and the first elected will lose it automatically. There will only be one winner.<\/p>\n
\nIntercorp Hotel Group will contact the winner to inform him\/her of this condition and ask explicit acceptance of the prize as well as the acceptance of the legal bases that are accepted from the moment you decide to participate in this contest. The reward\u00a0for the winner consists in three nights for two persons\u00a0and\u00a0has to be enjoyed from March 21th 2016 until the end of the season 2016 at Royal Rochebrune Hotel.<\/span> Reservation must be made at least one week in advance and is subject to availability. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for another prize or its cash value. In the stay is included breakfast and accommodation.<\/p>\n
\nThe participant authorizes Intercorp Hotel Group and assigns the rights of reproduction, public use and dissemination of images to send to the contest, with no time limit, in any medium, including dissemination through social networks, for later reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of the photographs. The participant declares that he is entitled to make such authorization and assignment and that no third party rights are violated.\u00a0Also, the participant authorizes the use and dissemination of its name as winner in any advertising and\/or promotion in connection with this competition. There shall be no limitation of time or territory in this release.<\/p>\n
\nIntercorp Hotel Group has the right to invalidate the photographs that may be unlawful, offend the sensibilities of others, present illicit activities, are offensive or violate the rights of others. The photographs must be original share of each of the participants, participants declared to be the authors of them and have obtained proper authorization and transfer of image rights of persons, if any, whose image had been used for publication according to the mechanics of the contest.<\/p>\n
\nPotential participants are informed that the mere act of participating in the competition implies acceptance of these rules. In the case of detecting a fraudulent use of the contest, may modify these rules in those provisions that were relevant to achieve the proper operation of the same, pledging to make the changes the same degree of publicity to these rules.<\/p>\n
