{"id":1046,"date":"2014-10-22T17:34:29","date_gmt":"2014-10-22T15:34:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.intercorpgrp.com\/blog\/?p=1046\/"},"modified":"2022-10-25T12:14:24","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T10:14:24","slug":"next-destination-french-alps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.intercorpgrp.com\/blog\/en\/next-destination-french-alps\/","title":{"rendered":"Next destination: The French Alps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/intercorpgrp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/HOTEL_MEGEVE_INTERCORP_FRANCIA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-111\" src=\"http:\/\/intercorpgrp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/HOTEL_MEGEVE_INTERCORP_FRANCIA-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"HOTEL_MEGEVE_INTERCORP_FRANCIA\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>The end of the 2014 season in Ibiza has come and, with it, a new stage for me and my writing that is silently crying out loud for some cold and some mountains, so I am going back to my winter retreat to write, practice my favourite sport meet many friends again.<\/p>\n<p>IntercorpHotels, aside from hotels in Ibiza, has <a href=\"http:\/\/intercorpgrp.com\/es\/hotel\/El%20Marques%20Palace\/Tenerife\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hotels in Tenerife<\/a> (where I might got to this year to enjoy its famous carnivals) and <a href=\"http:\/\/intercorpgrp.com\/es\/hotel\/Royal%20Rochebrune\/Megeve\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">hotels in France<\/a>, where I am going to spend a few months.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel I&#8217;m staying in is called Royal Rochebrune and it is situated in a beautiful village named Meg\u00e8ve, which they say in the heart of the French Alps. I like it because you can breathe pure mountain. I practice ski every morning and in the afternoons I write, every now and again I meet up with some friends who come to ski all the winter season and on some weeks I escape to Geneva which is just 70km away.<\/p>\n<p>In short, I&#8217;m going to enjoy the cold and the snow in a charming village that could very well become the setting of one of my stories.
