At Intercorp Hotel Group, safety has always been our priority. Currently with the global spread of COVID-19, we are more concerned than ever about the health and well-being of our customers and employees.
It is the responsibility of each one of us to prevent the spread and contain the Covid-19 virus, and given the recent actions taken by various countries and governments in response to this international health emergency, as well as the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the protocol of the Spanish authorities, we have decided to temporarily close our hotels and until further notice.
INFOCOVID-19: All our apartments have large private spaces, terraces and independent and direct access from the outside, without going through internal common areas. This offers an independence that a conventional hotel room does not have. These intrinsic characteristics considerably minimizes all risk of contagion from the virus. Moreover, adding our Contingency Plan for risk prevention against COVID-19, in our facilities you will enjoy a safe and relaxed vacation. Holidays as always.
1. Cancellation and modification policy of Exsisting bookings:
a) Non-Refundable bookings:
If you have a non-refundable reservation with an arrival date until June 30, 2020, we allow you to change the date and offer you a Bonus with the amount paid that you have to request by email to the following email
address: email@example.com. This bonus will be valid until the end of the 2021 season in Ibiza and Tenerife. To modify your reservation please send us an e-mail indicating the locator of your reservation to: firstname.lastname@example.org
b) Flexible Bookings:
Our flexible policies allow you to cancel from your own reservation confirmation voucher if you do it between 7 days and 24 hours before the day of arrival (depending on the hotel and dates, check the conditions of your reservation voucher received by email). You can cancel and make a new reservation through our website or you can contact us by -email and we will be happy to assist you with whatsoever you need.
2. For fookings with arrival from July 1 onwards of EXISTING RESERVATIONS:
You can modify your reservation according to the cancellation policy of the confirmation of your reservation you previously have received by email.
If you have booked through our reservations department, by phone or e-mail, kindly contact email@example.com to modify or cancel your reservation. If you have booked through a third part, please consult the terms and conditions of your reservation with your agency or tour operator.
